The restriction on pets is frustrating!!! If you have a larger dog, be prepared for unreasonable exclusions. Also, the loud music from the rooftop club can ruin your sleep, even on higher floors!!! Just a consideration for light sleepers.

Pool looked amazing!

The hotel offered clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. Proximity to the airport was a big plus. Breakfast had decent options, and I appreciated the convenience of the free airport shuttle. However, I faced significant noise issues. Room 504 was extremely noisy, with sounds of furniture moving above and conversations from the elevator area audible in the room. This made it hard to sleep, especially since I needed to rest for an early flight. Additionally, the internet speed was slower than expected, and there were no USB outlets available in the room. The hotel management could also benefit from enhancing their pet policy, as I encountered issues with my dog being denied entry due to a weight restriction. It felt frustrating after my long journey. A bit more attention to these details would really improve the guest experience, especially for those planning longer stays.

Not to mention, the free shuttle to the airport made my travels incredibly convenient.

I had a great time at this hotel, especially enjoying the amazing breakfast with a variety of fruits, cheeses, and freshly made tapioca. The location is super convenient, right in front of the airport with free shuttle service, making it perfect for my overnight layover. However, the gym was closed, which was a bummer as I was hoping to squeeze in a workout.

Wonderful experience, ideal if you're in need of swift check-in and cooperative staff ready to assist with any requests.

Comfortable room, amazing breakfast, featuring a variety of fruits, cheeses, and the option to make tapioca, made my mornings delightful during my six-night stay.

The breakfast was amazing. with many options like fresh fruits and delicious pão de queijo. The staff were super friendly and the swimming pool was awesome for a dip after a long day.
